Description:Human CD34+ bone marrow cells are derived from whole bone marrow and purified using magnetic cell separation. Human CD34+ bone marrow cells may be from a single or multiple donors and are 95% pure populations as confirmed by FACS analysis. These cell types enable researchers to produce various cell types using standard published protocols. In addition, CD34+ bone marrow cells can be used for various studies on hematopoiesis, differentiation, angiogenesis, colony formation, and surface marker expression.
