Oligofectamine™ Reagent requires nanomolar quantities of antisense oligonucleotide, reducing the amount of valuable oligonucleotide needed by up to a thousand-fold. This makes it ideal for high-throughput applications. In addition, Oligofectamine™ Reagent has also been shown to work for siRNA transfections.
